Do you offer gift cards through the mobile app?
At this time, our gift cards are only available to purchase in store or online and are not redeemable through our mobile app.
Will my account information be transferred to the new Ziggi’s Rewards program?
Yes, all of your account information will be transferred over, including earned rewards, current points balance, status, and preloaded funds. Preloaded funds will appear in your account as Reward Dollars vs. added funds, which can be used on any menu purchases, like preloaded funds. Transaction history, and stored payment methods will not be transferred.
Will I be able to preload funds?
Yes. To add funds to your account, select the Add Funds button on the bottom of the home screen. Prior to preloading funds to your account via the app, you will need to verify your email address. Once verified, add a payment method and amount you’d like to load into your account. These funds will be available for future purchases and referenced as Added Funds in app and online customer portal. Your balance will appear on your receipt, in your app, and via the online portal (https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/).
You can also choose to have funds ‘auto-recharge’ once your stored value falls below a certain amount chosen by you, by selecting the “auto-recharge” button on the Add Funds page.
You will receive an email confirmation whenever changes are made to your Added Funds activity for verification.
What happens with my current preloaded funds?
Any preloaded funds in the Ziggi’s Mobile App will transfer over to the new Ziggi’s Rewards program as Rewards Dollars. You will see these funds in your rewards wallet and can redeem them as cash through your new rewards account.
What happens with my current billing and payments?
Privacy laws prevent billing and payment information from being transferred into the new Ziggi’s Rewards program. Additionally, instant pay via an in-app QR Code scan will no longer be supported in the new mobile app. A credit card number can be stored for quick payment on all in-app order ahead orders after your first purchase. Additionally, you can load funds to your account and opt to have those funds auto-reload based on a stored credit card.
How does auto-preloaded funds function?
You will be able to activate the auto-preload function once you have a saved credit card in your rewards account. This will not occur automatically, as it needs to be enabled by you. Once enabled, you will need to select the amount you would like to auto-preload and when you would like this action to be triggered. (I.e., when your preloaded funds fall below $10, automatically add $25 to your account.)
You will receive an email confirmation anytime you activate, deactivate or reactivate the preloaded fund's function.
How do I switch to the new Ziggi’s Rewards program?
To continue using the app, update to the latest version by going to the Ziggi’s Coffee App in the app store on your phone. Once updated, you will need to click “forgot password” to reset your password and login to your account.
To note: if you do not update your app, you will be able to access the older version of the app, but not make any purchases or earn any points. You must update to the new version to access the new functions of the Ziggi’s Rewards program.
How do I redeem my preloaded funds?
On mobile order-ahead orders, you can select “Added Funds/Gift Funds” on the payment screen during checkout to apply any remaining funds to your current purchase.
For web-based order ahead orders, any added funds/gift funds associated with your account will be auto applied to your order. This can be verified in your order summary under "total”. If your cart total exceeds the available balance, you will be asked to select a payment method for any additional balance.
For in-store transactions, you will need to have your phone and the mobile app downloaded. At time of payment, if not asked by the barista, mention that you’d like to pay with pre-loaded funds, and the barista will scan the QR code found on the home page of the app to apply store credit to your transaction.
Do I need to be a Ziggi’s Reward member to send and receive digital gift cards?
No! Digital gift cards can be purchased online at https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/egift?page=cardInfo and can be sent, received and redeemed by anyone. Recipients of a digital gift card will need to print their gift email and present it to the barista when redeeming on in-store purchases.
Can I upload my receipt to receive rewards points?
You will not be able to upload your receipt to collect points if you forgot to input your rewards account info at the time of purchase. To get points added to your account, please email support@ziggiscoffee.com with an image of your receipt and the email address or phone number associated with the account.
