Can I upload my physical gift card to my rewards account?
Yes! This is a new, exciting feature in our updated Ziggi’s Rewards program. You will be able to add your physical gift cards into your rewards account via the “Add Funds” button found on the home screen.
To add the balance of a physical or digital gift card to your balance select the “Add gift card” button below the credit card on the Add Funds page. You will need the gift card number and PIN number in order to add the balance to your added funds balance. These funds will now be available to use as payment on any order-ahead or in-store transaction.
Can I still purchase physical gift cards online?
No, physical gift cards can only be purchased at your local Ziggi’s moving forward. You can purchase digital gift cards online at https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/egift?page=cardInfo.
Will I be able to preload funds?
Yes. To add funds to your account, select the Add Funds button on the bottom of the home screen. Prior to preloading funds to your account via the app, you will need to verify your email address. Once verified, add a payment method and amount you’d like to load into your account. These funds will be available for future purchases and referenced as Added Funds in app and online customer portal. Your balance will appear on your receipt, in your app, and via the online portal (https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/).
You can also choose to have funds ‘auto-recharge’ once your stored value falls below a certain amount chosen by you, by selecting the “auto-recharge” button on the Add Funds page.
You will receive an email confirmation whenever changes are made to your Added Funds activity for verification.
Why does it tell me I have “invalid options selected” when trying to add my order to my cart through the app?
You are receiving this error message because you did not select an option for all the required fields when building your drink. To successfully add your order to your card, go back and make sure that you have a gold bar and say “*required” next to them.
Where do I see my points and status level within the app?
Visit the Rewards section of the app to view your points and status level.
Where do I find my receipt for a mobile app transaction?
You will receive an emailed receipt for every purchase you make through the app. Please check the email that you used to register for the app. Not sure what that is? Head to the “Profile” section under your app settings. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Where do I download the Ziggi’s Mobile App?
The app can be downloaded by searching for it within the iOS App Store or in the Google Play store for Android devices.
When do my rewards expire?
Rewards do expire within a certain time frame, depending on the offer. For offer details, make sure to review any communication we send you. If you have any additional questions, send us an email at support@ziggiscoffee.com.
What type of mobile device do I need to use the Ziggi’s Mobile App and participate in Rewards?
Our mobile app is available to download and utilize on iOS and Android devices.
What is the preload/reload payment option?
When you change your payment preference to Preload/Reload, you’ll load money into your account immediately. Your purchases will then be paid for out of that preloaded balance. When your preloaded balance falls below the preload minimum threshold, more money will be reloaded for you automatically.
