What is the difference between points, rewards, reward dollars and status?
Points – You earn points on every menu drink and food purchase you make. These points will add up and once you reach 150 points, you will earn a reward (value based on your status level).
Rewards – Earned rewards are offers that you have either earned by collecting 150 points, or as a gift to you from Ziggi’s, like a free birthday drink. You may also see various promotional offers in your rewards wallet.
Reward dollars – Reward dollars function as your “preloaded funds” and “gift card balances”. Any funds that you have added into your account will show up as reward dollars for you to spend at the time of purchase.
Status – You build status based on the number of points that you earn over time. As your status increases, so do your rewards.
What if I don’t want to reload more money onto my app?
Please head into your app settings and tap the option to manage your card or payment method. Tap change payment method and select away from the Preload/Reload option. This will stop further automatic reloads.
What can I redeem my points for?
Every time you reach 150 points, you’ll receive a special offer toward your next purchase. As you earn status, there will be opportunities to receive even more rewards.

I’m missing points from my last visit, how do I get them?
Please reach out to support@ziggiscoffee.com with a copy of your receipt and the email address associated with your rewards account, and we will be happy to assist you.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend in a day through my app?
If you have a debit/credit card linked to your account, then yes, there is a maximum you can spend in a 24-hour period via the app. Further purchases can be made by removing your debit/credit card from your account first, scanning your app as normal, and then providing payment for any remaining balance outside of the app. To inquire about the maximum you can spend in a 24-hour period, please reach out to support@thelevelup.com.
If I want to pay cash only and not link a debit/credit card, how do I update my account?
Head into your app settings and tap the option to manage your card or payment method. Tap “Change Payment Method” and then select the option that says “None”. You will still earn loyalty progress for every purchase you make in the store as long as you utilize the “Scan to Earn Loyalty Only” QR code at the register prior to paying any balance due.
I still have a Ziggi’s Punch Card, can I use it?
No, Ziggi’s punch cards are no longer accepted. The Ziggi’s Rewards program has replaced the paper punch cards as a digital way to earn points towards rewards.
I made a purchase without my app. Can I still receive credit?
Yes, you can still receive credit for a purchase made without the app. To do so, you must email a copy of a printed receipt from the location you visited and a brief description of what prevented you from using the app to support@thelevelup.com. If you do not have a copy of a printed receipt, we will not be able to issue points.
